Psychological safety is at the center of this: it's not a feeling you inspire in a workshop; it's something a team either has or doesn't based on how people actually behave under pressure day to day. I work with teams to surface those patterns using proven behavioral tools, then turn that insight into how you actually operate — how you make decisions, handle disagreement, and support each other when things get hard. This isn't a one-time offsite. I help you build it into the way the team works day to day, so the awareness sticks long after I'm gone.
